Artisana supreme Dark 75 percent chocolate bar is created from single origin and variety Venezuelan Criollo Cacao beans. Our chocolate has a harmonious combination of rich cacao with a strong coffee note and a nuance of smoky fruity aromatic flavor. With a traditional gentle processing method we allow the intense fruit flavors to unfold, complimented by blackberry aroma. The slow finish ends in a sweet dried fig flavor rounded with a robust, pleasant earthy note. At Artisana Organics, were passionate about chocolate. So we take the finest cacao in the world all the way from tree to bar. Venezuela is the original birthplace of Criollo Cacao, the "King of Chocolate". And since 1700, our family has grown luscious Criollo Cacao at our organic farm there.
